Terms of use

Last updated October 24, 2026

These terms cover this website and the early-access form on it. By using the site or sending the form, you agree to them. Rava is operated by a Miami, Florida startup; its legal name and address are published here before any paid service begins.

This is an early-access page

Rava is not available yet. Sending the form tells us you are interested and lets us contact you. It does not create an account, an order, a booking or a contract, and it commits neither of us to anything. We decide when and where Rava opens, and we may change or drop plans and features before then. We do not promise you access, a launch date, or a place in line at any particular time.

Pricing

The plans and prices on this site are the early-access prices we plan to charge, and they may change before launch. We charge nothing without a separate written agreement that states the price, and you are free to decline that agreement.

How we contact you

We contact you only in the ways you agreed to on the form, and you can stop at any time: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or send a request through the privacy policy. Message and data rates may apply to texts.

About Rava itself

The demo

The demo call is a simulation. The company, people, prices, ratings, times and ZIP code in it are examples, not real customers, companies or results, and they do not promise what Rava will find for you.

Using this site

You must be at least 18 to send the form. Give accurate information, send only your own details, and do not use bots, scripts or bulk tools against the forms. We may ignore submissions that break these rules.

No warranties, limited liability

This site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing on it is professional advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from this site, and our total liability for anything connected with it is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Law and changes

Florida law governs these terms, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida. If we change these terms, the date at the top changes; the terms in force when you sent the form apply to that submission. How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy.
