About Rava

Rava is one number to call or text when your heating or cooling fails. You describe the problem once; Rava finds and books the right local company for you.

Who is behind it

Rava is built by a Miami-based startup. We are a small team opening one city at a time, and we answer every message ourselves while we do.

How it works

1. 1You tell Rava what's wrongCall or text and describe it the way you would to a neighbor: what's broken, where you are, when you're home. Rava's AI assistant asks the few follow-up questions a technician would, and says up front that it is an AI assistant.
2. 2Rava calls the companies for youWhile you wait, the assistant phones licensed, well-reviewed HVAC companies in your area at the same time, gives each one the same brief, and asks the same questions: earliest slot, price for the visit, what's included. It introduces itself as Rava's AI assistant on every call.
3. 3The best fit is chosenFrom the answers, Rava picks the company that can come when you need, at a fair price, with a solid record on earlier Rava jobs. You see those three reasons in your confirmation.
4. 4Booked, confirmed by textYou get the company, time and visit price by text. Reply to reschedule or to ask for someone else. The company you book pays Rava; you pay nothing for the service.

Where it stands

Rava is in early access. If you leave your details, you are first in line when it opens in your area, and HVAC companies that join now are the ones it calls first.
